Concentrated feeds usually contain additional energy (calories) and protein. If your senior is still in good body condition, or maybe even a bit overweight, there is no need to feed additional energy (calories). Moreover, Pavo 18Plus Vital is equipped with yeast products, that provide MOS (mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) and beta glucans. MOS support a healthy intestinal flora and therefore supports digestion. Beta glucans support immunity, just like the strong combination of antioxidants in Pavo 18Plus Vital. The antioxidants help neutralize free radicals (molecules that can damage body cells) and therefore support a healthy, resilient and vital senior horse.
