Internship B2B Customer Journey (Retail)

We are looking for a student to analyse the customer journey of our retailers in Germany and develop recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and customer experience.

Objectives: 

Our products are distributed in Germany through a network of retailers and wholesalers. You will analyse the customer journey of our resellers and find out how satisfied our customers are with our services. The aim is to find out where the retailers' needs lie, how good the current service is perceived to be and where there is room for improvement. The results are then translated into a concrete consultancy report and a roadmap for possible changes.

Requirements:

•  Are you a motivated and entrepreneurial student in a relevant marketing or business degree programme?
• Do you find it easy to convert data into recommendations?
• And do you have good German language skills?
• Then you've come to the right place!
• This project is also suitable as a final thesis.
