In the feeding trough of dressagehorse Zoomi

In the section 'In the feeder of...', let's see what a couple of horses get to eat. This time we took a look at ‘Zoomi’ from dressagerider Helen Langehanenberg
Horse Name: Zoomi
Age: 10
Level: Grand Prix dressage
Character: ‘Zoomi’, as he is called in our stable, is super sweet. As a dog, he would certainly be a Labrador. He always wants to please everyone. He is simply a darling.
A normal training day for us looks like this: the horses walk a lot before riding - and are usually led outside. Then they are loosened long and deep and I ride lots of transitions - first trot-walk, then canter-trot etc. After a short walk break, the work phase begins. I always pick out one or two lessons that I want to practise that day. From time to time I ride all the lessons, just like at the show, and continue to fine-tune them.
Feeding schedule:
Feeding plan ‘Zoomi’ (in addition to roughage):
8 am + 1 pm + 6 pm: (1 scoop of crushed oatmeal) + 1 scoop of Pavo SportsFit
1h in the afternoon in addition to the concentrated feed: Pavo MuscleCare & Pavo BiotinForte & Pavo Vital supplements
‘Zoomi’ is fed a quantity of Pavo SportsFit sports muesli that is precisely tailored to his needs, as this is a super balanced and easily digestible feed. We also feed him the doping-free Pavo MuscleCare, which is very good at preventing possible muscle acidosis, and Pavo Vital for a complete daily supply of vitamins and minerals. He also gets Pavo BiotinForte for his shiny coat and elastic hooves. But that's all, because Pavo makes it really easy to provide optimum care for our sport horses.
